Zebra Escalation Contacting Stephen Wichael for Zebra Hardware

Follow the below steps if we are unable to troubleshoot a Zebra hardware issue, and it is determined that the hardware needs to be replaced.

  1. Collect all hardware information (i.e S/N and PN)
  2. Contact Zebra Phone Support
  3. Provide hardware information and detailed description of issue.
  4. Have a case opened and retrieve the case number.
  5. Contact Steven Wicheal via email (CC Management) inside of the ticketing system.
  6. Make a note of the case in your records for future reference.
