You may return new, unopened printers for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Custom printer media orders are non-refundable; unopened stock orders are refundable up to 30 days and are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Shipping and Delivery
Printers purchased from PLS will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. PLS offers fast turnaround times on ALL orders. Most orders ship on a same-day basis, with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.
