You can submit your DOA claims via our web form that will allow you to complete and submit the claim all online in a matter of minutes.

Please note that you will need to log-in to the Lenovo Partner Hub (link is below) the DOA link is under the Help Tab across the top.

 

If you are an authorized Service Provider, begin with Step 2 and enter your ASP ID in the Tech Support Case Number field.

 

The person in possession of the unit should call Tech Support (listed below) for troubleshooting in order to obtain a case number before filling out the form.

Click the DOA Exchange Web Form link located under Help
All info is required upfront in the web form (including the Tech Support case number).
Once submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
You will then receive an approval or rejection email within 1 – 2 business days.
7a. If approved, you will receive an email with your pre-authorization number (CAS#).  Contact your Distributor and give them the CAS# to complete the process.
7b. If rejected, you will receive an email stating the reason why.
