Star Micronics mCPrint3 MCP3 and Treez Troubleshooting, When Star MCp3 wont show we have to downgrade the Driver to V3.0

If the printer prints and goes to Pause we will have to take the below steps:

rebooting printer, restarting spooler, clearing print queue.

What we did was the following:
-Open MCP30/MCP31 Printer Properties
-Goto Star/Help Tab
-Click Configure Port
-Set Monitor Job End state to “Not Monitor” 
-This setting change had Treez print jobs no longer get stuck in the print queue
