- Go to www.plsusa.com
- Scroll down till you see the Blue Support Button on the bottom Right of the Screen.
- Enter the following information.
- Business Name
- Your Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Subject (Issue)
- What you need assistance with (Issue): Choose Hardware
- Detailed Description of your issue (include any hardware information that you can)
- Upload files (if needed add pictures)
- Captcha (Verify you are a human)
- Send (Submit)
