How to Submit Support Tickets

  1. Go to www.plsusa.com
  2. Scroll down till you see the Blue Support Button on the bottom Right of the Screen.
  3. Enter the following information.
    • Business Name
    • Your Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Subject (Issue)
    • What you need assistance with (Issue): Choose Hardware
    • Detailed Description of your issue (include any hardware information that you can)
    • Upload files (if needed add pictures)
    • Captcha (Verify you are a human)
