Users can select from five measurement programs—Standard, Automatic, Quick, Timer, and Manual—and four heating profiles, allowing the analyzer to be optimized for different sample types. The advanced SRA halogen heating technology minimizes drying time while maintaining excellent temperature uniformity, producing fast and consistent moisture analysis results across a wide range of materials. Integrated memory stores up to 20 measurement programs and 100 test results, improving workflow for routine laboratory testing.

The MX-50 supports moisture content, dry weight, solid content, ratio, and weight measurements, making it suitable for testing food products, grains, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, wastewater, powders, and other laboratory samples.
